Unfortunately, this hotel was a big letdown. Everything felt old and poorly maintained, with visible wear and tear throughout the room. The bed linens and towels were rough, worn out, and didn’t feel clean. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was far below expectations. On top of that, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. The surrounding neighborhood also didn’t feel very safe or inviting. I would not recommend staying here.

Bad service, we needed to request everyday to have clean towels, no one came to clean the room, the pillows where old full of bumps and whe we request to have other pillow they say they didn't have more pillows in the entire hotel, the sheets were stained, the Airco leaked, the space was smelly, some light switches didn't work, the breakfast was awfull, the entire experience was terrible, won't recommend this hotel to no one, doesn't worth the starts or the price not even for one night. TERRIBLE

When I arrived to check in, the hotel had canceled my stay because their policy is to debit my card for the first night. However, since they couldn't find any funds, they proceeded. This had never happened to me before, and it wasn't until I arrived that I was charged the full amount. I told them this, and they responded that you should have informed me. I had to rebook and paid $25 more than the initial amount. I had to ask for more soap and towels. That's why my stay at the Quality Inn wasn't as comfortable. The check-in staff was very rude, and there was little customer support.

From the day 1 everything was bad, unfriendly staff, serving so limited breakfast. Shower was throwing only hot water, asked them to fix it on day 2 but it was not fixed and neither switched my room. Telephone in the room was not working. I could see some kind of sticky thing all over the table lamps . And if you turn up the ac temperature just by 3-4 degrees the floor walls bed tables everything starts to get wet. I didn’t understand how. But there was water everywhere No late checkout allowed even 15 mins Very uncomfortable stay. No restaurants nearby too. Its a really bad hotel. Actually, its a motel turned into a hotel i guess. They have long open balcony connecting the rooms. Also they did not give me the room shown in like picture. Its a terrible hotel. 3rd floor might have better rooms but they dont give you those if you go through the package i guess. Horrible experience. I dont know but i want to ask Expedia to compensate me so this terrible experience

When I can back to the room after a full day out, a key card unidentified was found in my luggage, went to the counter to report it where the guy just took it back and said there’s nothing he can do about it, my luggage was ruffled and things looked like it was missing, was very disappointed

I didn’t stay my whole stay. I checked in at 1:45pm and checked out at 5pm same day. The bathroom sink was stopped up, the room smelled like mold and the rooftop sealing was wet looked like water damage. I’ll never book her again!!

the rooms were very dirty and had roaches. The bedding had hair and looked like it had not been cleaned. Slept on top of blankets. room was very muggy and fire detector missing. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and will not rent from this establishment ever again. The pictures on Expedia were not an example of the reality of the condition of the room.
