Didn't really have any major issues. There entrance was a little confusing in terms of situation. They shouldn't have any car parks directly in front of the door way to enter the hotel and also a covering is needed for when rain is falling for when you have to get dropped off or picked up via paying transport. I had the pleasure of getting drenched. Other than that cleanliness was was on top and staff very helpful.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle starts @ 9am which was a little disappointing, but staff did refer us to a taxi comoany who accommodated my family and I. The shuttle also does drop off and pick up to Dolphin Mall.

Residence Inn by Marriott Doral Mall Area is pure perfection. I can't find any fault. I'll give them 10/10 and 100%. The property is modern, very clean, spacious and beautiful. The breakfast is an awesome variety, hot, tasty and they are continuously replenishing. The dining area is lovely. The rooms are impeccable in so much so that it almost too good to be true. The rooms have everything you can think of and need. It is like home away from home. The front desk staff, shuttle drivers and breakfast buffet staff are amazing and has excellent customer service. The other guests at this hotel were also very polite and courteous as well. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The shuttle is a blessing and saves a lot on uber costs and cabs. Not to mention the price for the accommodation is excellent. It is definitely value for money. I just love this place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely love to stay at this hotel again in the near future.
