House cleaning staff was terrific very polite, The room I stayed in needed renovations. I took a cold to Luke warm shower at night and also the next day. Fitness center was like a membership like facility.

The room was nice with many updates and a soft bed. The bathroom is a bit dated but it serves its overall purpose. The staff was nice and the grounds are beautiful. It's in a great location with many shops nearby. The restraunt inside the hotel was great and our server was wonderful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

I really loved the hotel and staff, they were all so nice and accommodating. However, the wifi was extremely poor. As a person travelling to an another country, wifi is extremely important to stay connected to family and friends back home and also to work online in the privacy of your room. Being told the only way to have a good reception is to be in or closer to the lobby was definitely not great as the only solution offered. The rating is strictly due to lack of proper wifi connection.

Stayed here post cruise for 2 nights as flights were cancelled due to weather at home. Hotel is near a lot of little restaurants in a nice area. Pretty courtyard area .Rooms definitely need updated but they have a sign saying they were doing that. I can understand being old but dirty isn’t acceptable. The drain in our bathtub had mold and hair stuck in it. Bedding was dingy and gross looking.Bathroom door wouldn’t close hardly and paint peeling off of it. Ac was either freezing or sweating us. Pool area nice but pool needed cleaned and no pool towels. Staff were nice and we were able whey in our room early. I think it just needs a little TLC.
