I slected this hotel for the pool and airport shuttle, selected a poolside room as well for easy access to it for our stay. After speaking with person at check in that we would need to wait another 3 hours for our room to be ready I asked how to get to the pool. This is when they finally notified me that that the pool is CLOSED for maintenance. Nowhere during filter search on Expedia or when selecting the POOLSIDE room did it mention there is NO pool available. I would NOT have selected this location had the information been provided upfront.I have screenshots of hotel website advertising POOL including EXPEDIA site filters this location with a POOL. If the pool is not available it should not be marketed as having a pool. I am now fighting over refund as we booked another hotel also with airport shuttle and an actual availabe pool as advertised. Very poor experience all aroynd including spending an hour back and forth with hotel and Expedia when requested to cancel our stay.

The hotel is newly renovated so the rooms and lobby are attractive. The shuttle to the airport was a major benefit for me. I had an early morning flight. The staff are friendly and helpful enough. I stayed in a king room. I was hoping for a tub since it was the weekend. To get it I would have had to switch to an accessible-friendly room and lose out on the little view I had. I opted to keep the original room assignment. Room was nice and clean. I really liked the lighting options. Drinking water in the room was Evian @ $7 a bottle. You could fill your own bottle on the ground floor on the opposite side of the building from the lobby. I'm yet to find a shortcut. Keep this in mind for the coffee maker :-) They do have cheaper bottled water available in the lobby area. No additional blankets/pillows in the closet. The TV guide wasn't available. Overall, a decent stay. I see room for improvement.

I am impressed with this hotel . Is the best hotel to stay in Miami according to my experience . Clean, very close to the airport and many restaurants and main places in the city . Rooms are incredible comfortable and renovated. Staff very helpful and cooperative all the time . Fantastic breakfast buffet . Airport shuttle service each 20 min. They allow me to check in early and prepared an small breakfast for us because we checked out in the midnight. I deeply recommend this hotel to everyone
