Clean staff perfect Staff amenities perfect We need to improve the hallway doors, either remove them, leave them open, or install a mechanism to close them quietly. Guests often enter the hallways, and the doors slam shut, making a loud noise that can be heard in the rooms and wakes us up. We don't sleep well because of the noise. Soundproofing should be added to the room doors.

This hotel is nowhere near 3 to 3 1/2 stars. It is more likely to be one star. Not sure if this hotel has different rooms but the room we were allocated was a nightmare. It had a broken chair. The stove was dirty. The microwave was all rusty and dirty cracked tiles on the floor. It just did not feel clean. The doer did not have a cover. The boy at Reception was unhelpful, the smoke alarm kept going off. We spoke to the boy in the reception. He said he couldn’t do anything about it. That’s not good enough, this place is atrocious. The door to the room did not have secondary locks, we felt unsafe.

The room was useful, because the hotel offered nothing else, no food, away from any restaurant in walking distance no shuttle service ,it has a kitchen but not close to a store ,all streets are in Spanish .
