The front desk wouldn't let my son check in alone, so he had to stay outside all night. My family was in a total bind as we were far away. I explained many times to the hotel and they said it wasn't there problem. I won't be using Hilton anymore.

The hotel experience was great. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and informed of all options and amenities. I happened to arrive early, and the staff said my room was ready and I was and to go in without a problem. The room and bathroom were exceptionally and perfectly clean. Everything was perfect, would definitely stay at again.

My recent stay at THesis Hotel Miami Coral Gables, Curio Collection by Hilton, was nothing short of exceptional, and I’m thrilled to share why this hotel deserves a glowing review! From the moment I arrived at this AAA Four Diamond property, I was captivated by its modern elegance, vibrant atmosphere, and prime location right across from the University of Miami. The hotel’s chic, contemporary design immediately sets the tone for a luxurious stay. The lobby is bright, welcoming, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches like hand sanitizer stations and a sundry shop stocked with local goodies. My room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and outfitted with premium bedding, a 55-inch Smart TV, and blackout drapes that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The decor, with its rich grey textures and whimsical artworks, felt both sophisticated and inviting. I opted for a room with a balcony overlooking the fountain, as recommended by previous guests, and the view was absolutely spectacular.

This Hotel is absolutely stunning!! We rented the presidential suite so the bridesmaids and the bride could get ready for the wedding. It’s a huge comfortable suite with 2 bathrooms, a dining room, living room and large kitchen with counter and a separate bedroom. The staff so efficient, very helpful and kind. My only recommendations is to have a bellhop or more carts available. Parking is valet only.

As a local, I had higher expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, our stay was far from enjoyable. Upon arrival, the front desk staff failed to inform us about the available amenities, their operating hours, or any benefits we could enjoy during our stay. Additionally, we had reserved a king-size bed, but upon check-in, we were assigned a room with two double beds. To make matters worse, the room was only stocked with one robe and one pair of flip-flops, even though we had booked for two guests. When we contacted the front desk to request additional items, the response was disappointing. The staff member was unhelpful, informing us that no one was available to deliver the items to our room. Instead, we were told to come down to the front desk to collect them ourselves, which felt inconsiderate and unprofessional. Overall, the service was subpar and did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel of this caliber.
