South Beach Family Vacation

We had the best time in South Beach. The place was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location is fantastic and the balconies open up to phenomenal views of the Versace mansion. With the unit comes access to the rooftop pool at the Palace, which was really perfect! The owner was super nice, helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!!! We will stay here again!

Great location across from the beach

The room was fine, comfortable bed. The rooftop pool was nice and the location was great for the beach and nightlife. Don’t stay here if you are looking for peace and quiet, it’s a party neighborhood. Parking was a chore. Otherwise a decent value for the price.

The Versace View

This was a very cozy stay right across the street from the Ocean 1 way and the famous Versace Mansion the other way, a very secure entry and exit to the building. The check-in process was very smooth I was so grateful I arrived early and was able to check in. The unit is as described and looks like the pics. There are a few ares on the floor where the flooring may need to be replaced but it’s no big deal. This unit is close to everything you need food shopping and convenience stores late night pizza and clubs (drag shows all day and night right next door!!!) cannot beat the location I had a great time would definitely stay again. Horrible! Do not book with this company

This place was a nightmare. The floors were literally beginning to cave in throughout multiple areas in the units. The property owner tried to hide this by placing floor mats over these areas. The flooring was coming off and pealing back, with what appeared to us to be mold underneath. We ended up having to find other arrangements for our trip, and we are still trying to get our money back. Do not book this place, or any place owned by this company. I can’t stress that enough.

Very close to the beach and restaurants, everything else....not great

The location of this 1-bedroom rental was excellent, offering easy access to the area and the beach. However, everything else about the rental left much to be desired. I was shocked by all the positive reviews, which initially led me to book this property. To provide a more accurate perspective, I recommend looking at reviews for the Strand Ocean Drive Suites, which better reflect my experience. The unit itself had a persistent moldy smell, visible signs of wear and tear (including a noticeable dip in the floor), and a rusted showerhead. The toilet constantly ran and eventually we could not flush it unless we manually filled the tank. I did tell the host when we first arrived that the toilet was running but that we could manage. But after I realized we had to fill the tank to use, I asked for it to be repaired. While the host was quick to respond and promised repairs, no one ever arrived (that I know of), and regardless of if they did show, the host never checked to make sure everything was fixed
spoiler, it was not. Additionally, the pool was unavailable for three days, the elevators were under construction, and the pool towels provided were old and ratty even though we had to pay a $10 deposit for each. I understand this is outside of the host’s control but they should be aware when major repairs are needed and notify their guests to reset expectations, not being able to use the pool was a HUGE let down.

The location was PERFECT! With the soundproof room
The 1bdrm apt was nice with the balcony overlooking the street with a lot of action. It was quiet even though it’s right on ocean ave in the middle of it all!!! We enjoy our stay the view and will definitely be visiting again soon

Fun place to stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Despite being right on Ocean Drive, the locked gated ally and use of room key to access doors, gave us a sense of security. Location on south end of Ocean Drive is perfect! Walk across street to beach. My favorite part, was being less than a block away from the Versace Mansion! The apt was nicely appointed and clean. We did struggle getting living room TV on but manager offered to send someone. Despite being in the center of all the action, we didnt notice any noise.

New Year Escape!!

It was a blast!! Our room was clean and very comfortable and the perfect location!! Took many walks on the beach which was fabulous. Cristoph and Adrian were very attentive. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Amazing food and cocktails! We will be back. Happy New year!
