It's pretty good, there are both bad and good areas nearby. The best parking option is Collins Park garage.

I wish I can give this hotel a negative star. The manager was rude. The hotel associate gave me a key to a filthy room that guest were still staying in. I notified the manager and she wanted me to give her another deposit. I had to file a civil police report because they took 313.00 dollars plus an additional 200 for the deposit and 18 for the reservation. So I was out of 530.00 dollars for my stay in Miami. The manager didn’t have any compassion or apologetic for the mix up. I had to sleep in my car which was dangerous and embarrassing because of the late notice.

We enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, safe neighborhood, friendly staff, daily vouchers are provided for free beach (towels, chairs, and umbrella). The room was good as described, it was cleaned everyday and the shower, hand and floor towels were also changed everyday.

booked a room with an ocean view, but when I arrived, that room was not available. After one day, the staff attempted to show me another room, which was not fair or suitable for what I had paid. It felt very misleading, and overall this was the worst experience I have had. The service did not match the booking or the price.

Don't stay there from Thursday till Saturday if you want to get sleep. The nightclub next door is playing loud music until 5am and your room will vibrate all night long.
