Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
All visitors must be cleared with the Host in advance.
Violation will result in immediate cancellation and a $500 fine.

👉 Indoor Smoking

Smoking is permitted outside only.
A $500 fine will be imposed if any trace of smoke is detected inside the home after check-out.

👉 Lost or Damaged Remotes

TV Remote: $50 replacement fee

Gate Remote: $150 (includes configuration and setup)

👉 Late Check-Out

Check-out is strictly 11:00 AM.
Guests must contact the Host in advance to discuss late check-out options.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee equal to one night’s rate.

👉 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Please keep all noise (talking, music, etc.) to a minimum to respect our neighbors.

No pets allowed.
To ensure the comfort of guests with allergies, all animals are strictly prohibited at this property.

👉 Security Cameras

Security cameras are installed outside the property for your safety.
Tampering, covering, or moving them will result in a $100 fine.

👉 Linen & Towel Care

Please avoid using towels or linens for makeup removal or cleaning.
If linens, towels, or bedding are stained beyond reuse, a $50 replacement fee per item will apply.

Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms to keep them clean and pest-free.

👉 Tropical Climate Note

Casa Del Sol is located in Miami’s tropical climate.
While we take steps to minimize their presence, small creatures may occasionally enter if doors or windows are left open.
Keeping doors closed will help reduce this likelihood.

👉 Early Check-In/Out

When available, we are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee.
