Room was very nice but the overall resort stay didnt feel like a luxury stay worthy of the Trump brand. It was like a new owner took over a Ritz Carlton and started pinching pennies and cutting corners. No complimentary water in the rooms; no jugs of complimentary sun screen at the pool. All sorts of stupid stuff like that which made us feel like everything was about skimming some extra bucks off us. Why not raise the room rayes $20 a night and make the stay feel luxurious? I paid for this a month or two before I arrived. Why would the management of this property want me to start thinking about cost again during my stay? How dumb. Add $25 a night to the room cost and make the stay easy and I would have felt way better during my stay.

Yes the room was clean and the staff were friendly. The beach and pool staff were very friendly especially Phil who knew what seats we wanted without having to even tell him. Check in was very welcoming, especially the young gentleman greeting us out of our uber car to the front desk. Drinks were very costly but food reasonably priced The only thing missing was entertainment which was advertised but there was none to be found.
