Loved the service, and quality of food. The building needs some upgrades, looks a bit outdated. Also rooms needs USB/USBC ports for electronics. No elevator from one of the pool to the beach area. There is a ramp. Overall it was clean and presentable, had a great stay.

Great location, very quiet. Lots of family amenities. The room could be better, the doors were not soundproof compared to other properties. I was a little disappointed that the elevators don't have a security entrance with key cards.

Always amazing when my wife and I go to Trump international. Centrally located to great restaurants and shopping. Elevators during peak time can be a bit annoying, especially when you’re on the higher floors; just a minor inconvenience compared to everything else that you get. People that work there are very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I have been going here as our getaway twice each year for the last 5 years.

I have been coming here with my family for the past 15 years. We always have a great time. I noticed that they are trying to revamp it a bit which is nice to see and the staff was extra kind and helpful. Just wish the hot tub on the lower level would get fixed already, it’s been down for a couple years.

I feel like this hotel hired the nicest people on the planet. They absolutely loved our kid and were so pleasant to talk to. Every morning we were greeted with ‘Good morning!’ Such a welcoming place!

Staff was great. Very attentive. The valet and housekeeping staff was especially good. Some noise issues with the room next door but that wasn’t the staff’s fault. All in all, pleasant stay! Would stay again!
