Had to ask front desk where plug ins were, had to get on my hands & knees to even see it, then there was only one! Opening my door was difficult, had to retry key fob at least 6x to get the door to open. Desk attendants were friendly and helpful. Other worker sat on his phone in front of a tv and only helped out when asked by the desk clerk. It was very clean tho

I like the location, but the floor we were on was very noisy and/or the walls paper thin. There were kids screaming and bouncing basket balls on the walls and floor (what it sounded like). The greeting staff was not friendly and inviting - it almost seemed like we were interrupting here evening.

The room was less than stellar. The sheets felt damp as the whole room was humid despite the AC being on. There was tape holding the TV remote together, only two outlets in the room, only half of the lights worked, and the hallways smelled musty.

Pool really dirty bathroom in pool horrible and disgusting. Sink broke in the floor. Hotel room was dirty robber bands from hair in the bathroom. Never coming to this place again. Is not worth it

Online advertised a soaker tub in the room I booked but when checking in, the room I received did not have a soaker tub, there wasn’t even a counter in the bathroom, just an exposed sink, a small tub, it was definitely less than I was expecting. The elevator made ungodly noises when moving and i had to get one of my keys reprogrammed after being locked out of my room. I would not stay there again.

I just didn’t like how the air condition under the thing by the window and the jets wasn’t working. Also I wish it could’ve been ok the top floor but the bottom floor is ok too, but overall it’s wasn’t bad at all.

I was in the area for a few days with a friend. The hotel was good for what we paid. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the lemon water dispenser in the lobby was nice. The room could have been cleaned better but it was fine for sleeping and bathing.
