Well-maintained studio on the 9th floor for 2 guests with a comfortable sofa bed. Enjoy the sunny terrace and beautiful panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. The studio features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath/shower. Ideally located on the seafront, close to shops, restaurants and the coastal tram.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

Unsere Wohnung war sehr klein, Bad, Küche und Betten aber sehr gut. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, die Balkon und Strandstühle waren defekt, ein Spiegel stand defekt auf der Erde. Wir haben uns mehrfach schriftlich beschwert, darauf erhielten wir einen netten Brief mit der Info, das man das nicht änder kann. Wir hatten unser Handy, und hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub.
