Owner has a long List of Rules: 1st for disturbing occupants - your out. I complained about noise going on from 6pm to 9pm Owner said if you don't like the Noise you can leave, Noise continued to Midnight; the Owner shocked me with response while Winter Weather makes packing up searching for a Hotel so late is difficult and stressful due to Weather very cold. In morning he will bang his shovel at the Front Door abruptly disturbing 9am - Owner breks his own Rules, is very arrogant words has dirty Towels, No Clock, very few TV channels, very confined space, including bathroom. You may notice strange odours from HVAC system to be offensive especially those with allergies. My experience was shocking hearing the owner speaking so disrespectfully becoming rude and arrogant disregard to his own Rules. I would not recommend this Motel considering Rules are broken.
