The staff was friendly, rooms clean. Needs a little maintenance. Elevator was out of service, general cosmetic upkeep. Would stay here again though.

Front staff upon check in do not greet with a smile. It looks like they could care less about their job or the people. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, but the pillows suck! One elevator out of service, the other one really slow! Then there was an alarm that started ringing the one morning which was extremely loud! Had to leave hotel early due to loudness. Heard a staff member talk very loudly to another in a agitated tone about a different staff member causing the alarm to go off too early when they were instructed to wait until 11am. Other than that I'd stay here again.

Ice machine broke, sheets wouldn’t stay on bed, not real clean, top of headboard and things in bathroom like on top of mirror and such covered with dust. Elevator very slow and only one working. Staff very nice and helpful,
