Staff Friendly, but Hotel is Disgusting

This was easily one of the most disgusting hotels i have ever stayed at, the entire place smelled like cigarette smoke, there are no pillow cases, blankets are dirty, the walls and ceiling are cracked with wires coming out. The Staff were very friendly, and helpful, as is traditional with Turkish Hospitality, but that only goes so far too offset the cleanliness. I did only pay $20 for the night, but lets just say you get what you pay for

O da bakımsızdı çarşaflar kirliydi yataklar berbattı odalarda normal boya ve badana yapılmamış olduğu için küflü gibi duruyordu odanın içine girdiğimizde fayanslar duvarlar yatak sanki harabeden çıkmış gibi berbat bir görüntüsü vardı sonra otelde personel adına ortalıkta dolaşan 2.03 ayrı kişi vardı onlarla muhatap olmak onlara soru sormak sorduğunu soruya cevap almak başlı başına bir işkenceydi ürkütüyordu insanı resmen Burası otel değil ahır bu adamlar da külhan beydi hiçbir sorunuza cevap alamadık ödemeyi yaptık faturamızı alamadık bir tek şey iyiydi otel kahvaltıyı bizzat kendisi vermiyor yanında bir restoran var orada veriyordu restoran dakiler gayet kibar beyefendi kaliteli bir kahvaltı kaliteli bir hizmet güler yüzlü sunum yaptılar kahvaltıyı sunan arkadaşlara teşekkür ediyorum iyi bir kahvaltıydı kahvaltının içeriği eksik olsa da anında başka ilavelerle gerekirse ekstralarla güler yüzle tamamladılar o güler yüz bize zaten her şeyi unutturdu otelde kalmadan gelin kahvaltı yapın

Çalışanlar elinden geldiğince yardımcı oluyor saygılı ciddiler laubali değiller.oda çok geniş yatak büyük konforlu klima buzdolabı sogutuyordu TV sorunsuz bı çok kanal var ayrıca iki koltuk bir sehpa mevcut.merkezi konumda heryere yürüyerek gittik çok pis denilmiş ama yerler beyaz fayans koridorda dahil olmak üzere ama bir tane tüy bile yoktu çok temizdi büyük sessiz bı otel aile oteli kahvaltı yan lokantada ister kahvaltı tabağı ister çorba veriyorlar yeterliydi bence f/p

Ağustos ortasında konakladık odada klima var Ağustos sıcağına rağmen klima iyi soğutuyor. Çarşaflar yıkanmıştı fakat önceden kalan lekeler vardı. Klozetlerin su tutan yerinde kararmalar var. Derz araları küflenmişti. Temizlik konusunda daha dikkatli olmaları gerekiyor. Midyatın geneli gibi otelin önünde yerlerde çöpler vardı. Duvarlar boya istiyor. Onun dışında otelin konumu iyi. Çalışanlar ilgili, sorunlarınızla ilgileniyorlar.
