This charming semi-detached house, located in the heart of Mijas Costa, will be the ideal destination for your holidays. Upon entering, you will find a cozy living room, opening onto the covered terrace equipped with a gas BBQ and the small communal garden, with panoramic views, making it the perfect place to have a drink while contemplating the golf course, its lake and the sea. On the ground floor you will also find the fully equipped kitchen, the laundry room and a toilet. The second floor offers three bedrooms, all with plenty of cupboard space, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and a second shared bathroom. You will also have access to the roof terrace, with even better views for an extra moment of relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing.
