Magnificent villa located in a private residential community near the charming village of La Cala de Mijas, on the Costa del Sol. Quiet area but not isolated, where shops, supermarkets, restaurants and services are just a few minutes away on foot or by car. Offers high construction and maintenance quality, as well as great privacy. Fuengirola and Marbella are 15 minutes by car and Malaga 30 minutes away, there is also a great variety of beaches, golf courses, tennis courts and water sports centres nearby. Large sunny terrace with views of the garden and swimming pool. Includes a parking space inside the property.
Granada, Ronda, Antequera and Málaga, among other places, attract international visitors interested in Andalusian culture, history and architecture, and are easily accessible for day trips.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The gardener comes, at least, twice a week, Monday and Friday, for the maintenance of the swimming pool, the outdoor area and the gardens. He is a person of strict trust who has performed the described services for several years.
In the case of celebration of events for large groups (more than 12), prior consultation is required.
