Hotel besser als erwartet aber Service schlecht
"Der Poolbereich ist wirklich sehr schön und auch die Außenanlagen und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche des Hotels machen einen guten gepflegten Eindruck. Zimmer sind nicht in einem Zustand für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Betten sind allerdings bequem und das Zimmer ist sauber. Im Bad gibt es Ecken da sollte man lieber nicht hinsehen. Die Liegen im Poolbereich sind leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Aber am schlimmsten fanden wir den Service. Auf zwei schriftliche Anfragen im Vorfeld bezüglich des Zimmers wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Beim Einchecken bestand man darauf ,dass wir erst Punkt 14 Uhr das Zimmer betreten dürfen. Eine Rechnung für das Zimmer konnte man uns angeblich nicht ausstellen. Auf unseren Zimmerwunsch wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen, ganz im Gegenteil wir bekamen ein Zimmer zur lauten Hauptstraße hin. Sämtliche Getränkewünsche am Abend konnten nicht erfüllt werden obwohl sie in der Speisekarte standen weil angeblich im Moment so viele Gäste da sind."
