The apartment is completely new, featuring a fully equipped kitchen open to a very bright living-dining room with direct access to a spacious terrace with views of the mountain, golf course, and sea.



It also has 3 bedrooms, one with access to the terrace, a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed.



High-speed WiFi and parking space included.



Within the urbanization, you can enjoy the use of common areas such as: Gym, swimming pools, indoor kitchen and living room area, barbecue area, jacuzzi, children's recreation area, and paddle court.
