Modern and beautiful apartment with panoramic views and plenty of sunny outdoor space in Calahonda, Mijas Costa. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood in a residential complex, with access to a beautiful swimming pool and parking**.



The apartment has a spacious furnished living room with a comfortable sofa, footrest, 2 armchairs, TV and dining table. From the living area, you can access the incredible and spacious south-facing terrace with relaxation and dining areas. There is a large open and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, including refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobes and access to private terraces. Two bathrooms with showers.

There is a local bus in Calahonda and a main bus route that takes you to both Fuengirola and Marbella, from the bus stop on the A7 which is approximately 6 minutes by car or 25 minutes walking from the apartment.

Located in a quit area of Calahonda lies this spacious appartment. The maine terrace (one out of 4 !!) overviews the area and the sea. Very nice. Big, spacious kitchen well equiped. Good bed. We enjoined our stay and would come back if in area again.

Perfect holidays

Very nice spacious apartment with a well equipped open kitchen. The community pool ist also in a very good state and fortunately with saltwater and no chlorine.The views from the terraces are wonderful and the nearby beaches are clean and easy to reach.A bus stop is in front of the apartment complex.

Très bel appartement

L’appartement est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Très bien situé et très spacieux. Les points négatifs sont la propreté général de l’appartement qui était moyenne, par contre le linge de maison nickel. Le gros bémol de cet appartement sont les horaires de la piscine, 12h à 20h. Je n’ai jamais vu ça en 20 ans de location. C’est une honte ! Vu le prix de la location.nous aimons aller nager le matin avant d’aller à la plage ou le soir en rentrant mais là en 1 mis nous y sommes aller 2 fois.Dommage !
