This two bedroom townhouse is located in Las Angelas complex in Calahonda. The secure gated complex offers a communal pool with quaint seating areas and well kept gardens. The house is located just 1 km to beach, 600 m to the closest bars, restaurants & supermarket and just 1.3 km to Siesta golf club. The house offers free WIFI. Both bedrooms offer hot & cold aircon units and ceiling fans. The lounge is also fitted with a ceiling fan.
The house is arranged over two levels with access from the ground floor. Access the house through the large courtyard, where you can enjoy the seating area and sun loungers. Inside the property, the open plan living space benefits from a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area seats six people and the lounge area is furnished with a sofa, which pulls out to make a double sofa bed. There is also an armchair and a 55" smart TV. Just off the lounge, you have access to the guest shower room. The back terrace can be accessed from the lounge, where you can enjoy the dining seating area for six people. There is a gas BBQ and an electric awning available for the hotter days.
Located up the open staircase are the bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. This room has access onto a private terrace, furnished with a table and two chairs. The guest bedroom benefits from a double size bed and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have access to the family bathroom, fitted with a bath and shower attachment.
