Great hotel! We enjoyed our stay. New hotel with modern set up. Didn't have breakfast. Great to have the Metro literally just outside the front entrance. Little thing we did miss was a complimentary water in room which is always appreciated when arriving late to get you over the first night. Reception and maintenance staff friendly and efficient. Felt safe and got an excellent night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel and use again.

The hotel is close to the metro station and room is fairly clean. However, since it’s newly renovated, there were several issues: 1) no hot water in the shower until staff came to turn on the switch; 2) a power outage that required staff to reset the main switch; 3) a faulty ekey room card, the door couldn’t be locked from outside, and staff couldn’t fix it, had to use a manual key instead. Finally, they didn’t offer a room change until we asked.

Das Hotel wurde zwar neu geöffnet aber noch nicht eingespielt. Beim Einchecken sollten wir laut Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen. Dazu haben wir gleich im Erdgeschoss nah Rezeption ein Zimmer bekommen. Schrecklich! Alles was im Lobbybereich abspielte haben wir mitbekommen. Dazu die U-Bahn. Jedes Mal sie vorbei fuhr wackelte das Bett. Noch schrecklicher war das Licht im Zimmer. Beim Eingang funktionierte das Licht nur mit Bewegungsmelder. Es gab einen Spiegel, was meine Frau und Tochter für Schminken nutzen konnten. Das Licht aber nur 15 Sekunden an blieb musste ich im Zimmer immer herum laufen damit das Licht wieder an ging. Das Zimmer hatte eine Tür zur Terrasse. Die kann man aber nicht offen lassen, da direkt vom Restaurant das Essengeruch hoch kam. Wenn Sie eine Nacht bleiben wollen wäre es OK. Das Hotel soll 4* sein aber für mich war es max. 3*. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe. Wenn Sie einige Nächte hier bleiben möchten nehmen Sie auf keinem Fall ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Für mich aber kommt das Hotel nicht mehr in Frage. Vom Hauptbahnhof kann Mann das Hotel auch zu Fuß erreichen, aber wenn Sie viele Koffer haben nehmen Sie ein Taxi. Ca. 10€. Sonntag 12-13€. Kein Uber. Es ist deutlich teuerer. Wie ich auch mitbekommen habe hat Expedia keine gute Zimmerkategorien in diesem Hotel. Dies war auch eine Enttäuschung!

NICHT BUCHEN. Sehr gute Lage aber das war auch das einzig Überzeugende. Das Hotel ist neu doch leider mit sehr geringem Qualitätsanspruch. Die Betten knarzen bereits, es ist nicht sauber gestrichen und die Zimmerelektronik beim Einstecken der Karte funktionierte auch nicht immer. Das Schlimmste war jedoch die Dusche. Zwischen Eiskalt und Kochend heiss war keine andere Temperatur einstellbar. Annder Rezeption wurde uns bestätigt, dass das Technikteam das Problem behoben hätte doch am nächsten Morgen genau das gleiche Spiel. Auch beim Checkput keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges.
