Outside of Milan center, hotel is super nice, breakfast was excellent, and many Public Transportation option right around the corner made it easy to go in and out of the city.

Upon driving up to the hotel unfortunately my first thought was “what the hell did I book?”. The outside gave the appearance of a freshly abandoned building. We pulled up to the front of the hotel and there is trash everywhere. Overspilling out of both trash cans. It looks like people gave up and just started to discard their trash around the cans. I walk inside and am very shocked that the interior does not match the exterior. The lobby is beautiful. We check in and are told we can park out front or in the parking garage. We opt to check out the parking garage. It’s a post apocalyptic world down there. We turn around immediately and park out front instead. We gather our things and head to the room. The halls are poorly lit and it is very creepy as we walk down the long hall to our room. I feel like I’m in a scene of a horror movie just waiting for something to pop out. We make it to our room without any

Wouldn’t recommend if you’re expecting comfort and swim/pool facilities. Staff at the bar are rude and you’d think asking for a glass of water easy but it’s like pulling teeth. Majorly disappointed. Won’t be returning here. Will stay elsewhere in Milan!!

The staff were nice and they let us do the check in early. Apart from that we paid £170 for a room that had stains on the table, on the bathroom door, with unclean floor, teared off curtains and very basic. To be honest we were happy to stay only one night. Plus it's quite far from the city.
