Letizia was an amazing host, check in was very swift and she was immensely helpful with informing us about the area. The location was great as well, public transport was nearby and we were able to take the metro all over Milan. Letizia’s recommendations were amazing! If I return to Milan I would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay. The location is first class, within walking distance of both the central area (Duomo, Fashion Quadrilateral) and to the south a youthful and vibrant neighbourhood. Food markets are conveniently located and we found a great vegetable/fruit shop on the Corso Cristofora Columbo in the direction of the Porta Genova Metro station. And public transportation (the Metro) is super convenient, both from the Milano Centrale railway station and from Linate Airport. Letizia was extremely flexible in the timing of welcoming us to the apartment. Thanks again.

Dockside studio had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Milan. The apartment is small but the sofa bed was really comfy and easy to put together, and the apartment had everything we needed. Communication and the check in process was easy. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see in Milan. Would stay there again.

The pictures and description of the property are accurate. It's a clean and pleasant place to stay with an adequate kitchen and large bath area. Large windows in the living area open to allow plenty of sunshine and breezes; although there is a/c if you need it I would say the best reason to rent this studio is the host. Although she was on vacation herself while I stayed there, she still communicated and responded to all my questions immediately. I can't really speak to the neighborhood - it was August and a holiday weekend so many, many businesses were closed. But it did feel safe and walkable with lots of restaurants, a bakery/cafe, and a grocery nearby. I would definitely recommend this for 1 or 2 people.

Perfect Spot

Great location. A bit dated. Letizia was wonderful when we arrived as the heat wasn't working so she brought us a space heater and had it repaired by the following afternoon. The location is great with restaurants nearby and a lovely market by the river on Friday nights.

Lovely apartment, great value. Pull out bed incredibly comfortable and AC was a delight as Milan was v. Hot this week. Lovely little bakery 2 mins from apartment where we got coffee and delicious pastries every morning. Great location for walking everywhere. Brilliant communication from host in the run up to arriving. We got instructions from our airport which was so helpful and put us at ease. Thanks again.

The pictures/listing is accurate. The beds were comfortable, the apartment super clean, easy checkin and a truly unbeatable neighborhood. Letizia was quick to respond, gave some awesome recommendations and was very accommodating. I will book again if I am back in Milan!

A tiny gem almost in the center of Milan

Actually, it took me time in deciding on a four star or a five star rating on the rental property. The reason lies in that the property is smaller than the Vrbo website photos suggest. But finally, I decide to give it a five star for its convenient location and for being well equipped with things needed for stay. Letizia is a graceful lady who personally welcomed us one block of street before the rental property in case we may get lost. The place is well located and we actually walked to Milan Duomo. You may take metro to get to the rental place and to reach Milan Central station from the rental place. And you may take Tram Line 14 to reach Duomo.
