The hotel is super clean, the staff outstanding and the breakfast is fabulous. We had an issue with our shower door, it didn’t close well so water leaked out. The bathroom extractor didn’t work. Other than it was a wonderful stay

We stayed at Hotel Canada for 2 nights. The location was very convenient — it’s walkable to the Duomo di Milano and other central attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with a very kind and welcoming lady attending the breakfast service. However, there were a few downsides. One of the elevators wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel was also undergoing some remodeling and repairs, which added to the noise. On top of that, the windows were not soundproof, so it was hard to sleep with the street noise outside. Another point that left us disappointed was being charged €10 for 4 bottles of water after check-out. I expected at least the water for the first night to be complimentary, as it is in many hotels. Overall, the hotel has a great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff at breakfast, but improvements could be made regarding noise insulation, transparency on minibar charges, and maintenance.

On arrival, we managed to check in earlier than planned due to room being ready. Staff helped unload car and directed to carpark. Hotel was really good and in a great location. Metro was very near although we didn’t use, we walked to main areas on both day times and evening. Location was excellent and felt safe. Breakfast had good choices and replenished whilst sat having breakfast. On last day, we had to leave early to catch our flight and hotel provided breakfast bags to take away, nice touch. Room was adequate for our two night stay but couldn’t control the A/C, room was cool enough though. Would recommend to stay and would again if we return to Milan
