Great location right in front of Milan Central Station, which made it very convenient for catching an early flight to MXP. The area didn’t feel the safest, especially at night, but since I only stayed one night it was manageable. The hotel itself is clean and spacious, but the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Ideal location for the Central train station and Malpensa transfer buses. Hotel looks pretty shoddy from the outside, but rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff also friendly and efficient. The only issue for us was that the entrance was difficult to find - Metropoli is one of many hotels in the same building, so you need to keep an eye out for the plaque on the wall, not a big overhead sign. When we did find our way in the lift wasn't working so I had to walk up 3 floors to find an alternative way to get in. Bit of a faff with leavy luggage after a hit abs sweaty journey.

Very small microtel on the 3rd floor of it's building. Air conditioning in the lobby was either not working or turned off purposely (all 4 zones), and the lobby/reception was very hot/uncomfortable. They were able to check us in early with only a 20-minute wait for our room. They were also able to store our luggage on check-out day (10:30am) while we went shopping and waited for our train to Venice (12:45pm). Operated by CTI Group out of Hong Kong (i.e. CCP). Very skeleton staff, and not a very inviting environment. However, it is close to Milan Station Centrale of you didn't wish to walk far with your luggage. It's about 2-min walk from the station exit on the station's West side.

A MOST unusual setup of several DIFFERENT Hotels …one floor on top of another…all using the same lift..which was out of order several times during our stay. Despite that, it was well located, it was well located and an AMAZING Buffet Breakfast for only EUR 8!!!!!

Tricky to find, was on the third floor of a building where signage was discrete. Once found, hotel was just as described. Clean room with good facilities and little extras like slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. Nice city view. Would recommend for an overnight stay.

Camere fra le piu' spaziose nel range - moderne e pulite, funzionali. L'acqua della doccia non era caldissima di prima mattina, l'unica pecca. Non ho provato la colazione continentale che comunue viene offerta a 7EUR. Piccolo hotel all'interno di un palazzo interamente adibito a strutture ricettiva, i sembra che siano tutte di proprieta' cinese.

Excelente localização

O hotel atende a proposta, quarto limpo e bem iluminado. Banho não aqueceu o suficiente durante o período matinal, claramente por falta de vazão ou poder de aqueciento da caldeira em momento de maior uso dos hospedes, nos demais horário funcionou com pereição. Htel com excelente localização, frente a parada de ônibus que faz conexão com o Aeroporto de Malpenza, frente a Estação Central de MIlão e ponto de Metro.
