Great location and wonderful host. Please note though it is 10-12 mins walking distance from duomo ( not 2mins), but it may be a good thing since it brings the right amount of safety and sanity . It’s still very much in the middle of the shopping district and the action . Enjoyed our stay in clean apartment.

This property is an entire apartment which is so great because we are a party of five. My 7 year old daughter loved the loft. The outside looks classic, but the inside of the unit is modern. I like that they have espresso machine. You don’t need to go outside first thing in the morning to get coffee. The unit is clean, and even though I did not meet the staff in person, the instructions were so clear and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend it for those who will travel to Milan.

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. It was 5-10 minutes from Duomo and so much shopping. We were immersed here. A Santa Lucia right across the street was our favorite restaurant we tried in Milan. Only complaint was the shower could be slightly larger and the hot water last longer to relax after a long day.

It was like staying on a construction site we contacted them and was told that at least the work wouldn’t go into the weekend. Got woke up early Saturday with drilling yet again. We couldn’t stand it any longer and moved out.

If you want to stay near the Duomo and shopping, this is the place to stay in. We love its location, the cleanliness of the place, all its amenities and how spacious it is. The washer is a plus but no dryer so time washing and drying on a rack. Security is also a plus for this place —one for front door and a code for the elevator. The nearby restaurant also served good food. If you visit during winter, you may need to use the fan or open the window. The only downside to our stay on the 4th floor is the noise level from the street.

What was good: Location and cleanliness of room. What was bad: Inconvenient and complicated check in process. You will need to use personal cell phone with overseas data/ roaming charges or install local SIM card to access maps for directions to your room. No personal contact with staff once you check in at their business office located blocks away from the lodging.

The room was clean. owner or management was very responsive on whatsapp, answered all our questions and helped us arrange our airport transportation. The place was close to restaurants and shopping (walking distance) and also about 10 mins walk to the Duomo Milano. overall we are very satisfied with our stay, we got free water (check in) as well. we felt safe in the area, we are a family of five with a 4 year old and a senior.

The reservation lacked clear information about what we were actually booking. The real address was hidden until after the confirmation, and the location shown on the property listing turned out to be just a storage place, not an actual accommodation. The property we were assigned on Via Del Torchio was old and poorly furnished. We had recommended this listing to someone else, and they received a completely different property, much nicer but far from the Duomo. It became clear that the listing is generic, and once you confirm the reservation, they decide which property to assign you. You only find out when you arrive. In our case, it was definitely not a good experience.
