Place is cool if you’re looking to crash just for night . Other than that I wouldn’t stay . Place seems a bit sketchy . My room had spider webs in the ceiling. I got woken up by someone yelling outside at like 5am. The hotel is right next to train tracks so keep that in mind . Overall it did what it had to do. Would I stay there again if needed to … no .

This was such a disappointing stay. As we checked in, it immediately seemed like we were disturbing the guy at the counter. Very weird energy from the start. When I asked for an extra pillow and towel, the person questioned me about why I needed them, stating they had no extra supplies to give. I explained that we needed an extra body towel because there was only one provided for the two of us. It about 10 minutes before I was finally able to get another towel and an extra pillow. He made me follow him around the hotel to get those items (towel was in the staff area and he grabbed a pillow from another person's room), which felt very weird. I did not appreciate him making me feel like I was an inconvenience. It also seems weird to me that there were no extra pillows, that the only ones where in the rooms. Shouldn't hotels have at least a few extra pillows if a guest requests one? Just odd. Additionally, the breakfast was honestly just sad. The only two options were bread and yogurt. I have never been to a hotel with that little of options. The beds were decently comfortable, but that was the only good aspect. Overall, we were incredibly disappointed with our stay and will definitely not be returning back here.

Friendly and professional help at check in. We canceled our reservation that same evening at 8:45 PM, because water service was reestablished at our condominium home. We never used Room 119, a handicapped room.

It was a Handicapped room & I was very disappointed! I wasn’t in a wheelchair but the sink stood alone without any counter space for brushing teeth or putting needed items on. The coffee pot that didn’t work along with cups etc were on a tray on a small shelf in the bathroom but no electrical outlet. I had to move the tray to the dresser/desk. I later had to wash the tray in order to put my tooth brush and other items needs. Then that tray sat in the toilet seat. The only chair available was a fairly worn office chair at the desk. There wasn’t a comfortable chair to relax. There wasn’t also a small table to eat other than the desk. The bed and linens were excellent!!! That helped me get the needed rest that I needed. I made the necessary arrangements to me my needs. My sister was in a wheelchair and if she was traveling alone in the same room it would have been difficult for her. I say all of this as constructive criticism for improving the room. I won’t return and have shared my experience when asked.

The room was clean and comfortable. Although there is a coffee pot, when I asked for extra packets, my request was denied. I was told that I could get coffee any time; but the room is locked after hours. Also I was requested to pay a $100.00 additional deposit which I refused except I received an additional receipt for the deposit. The clerk then booked the room without the deposit.
