Easy acces to highway and restaurants in a quiet area. Downside room had musty smell which could be fixed with airing out the room and cleaning carpets and more luggage carts would be required

I was not refunded or given any creditc for the unused nights from my trip. Nobody seemed to be bothered to offer any sort of compensation for the unused nights when I had to check out early due to a death in my family. Terrible customer service, I would never recommend anyone to stay with Holiday Inn and especially this property. The AC vents in the room were also broken.

Paid for a suite. Had no utensils or dishes. The freezer door wouldn't close. The shower head was falling off, the bathroom fan was super loud. Continental breakfast was barely edible. Pool was cold. I see no reason to ever come back here.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Milton! The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location is excellent—close to major highways, restaurants, and sports facilities. It’s a perfect choice for sports teams or group stays, with plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere. The pool was a nice bonus, though it could have been a bit warmer. Overall, a solid, comfortable place to stay with good value for the price.
