The first night the elevator was broken and were told to take stairs to the 3rd floor when we get there the keys don’t work! The second night they said elevator was fixed, we were stuck in it for about 5 minutes and all of the sudden it opened on the 2nd floor. Bathroom was dirty plus they need an upgrade plus they clean rooms every 3 days, that’s gross! We will not stay there again.

The room was clean, but not well maintained. The bathroom door had excessive corrosion on the bottom edge and 3 bulbs were burned out (2 bathroom and 1 entry). The hairdryer unit was laying on a shelf instead of being mounted on the wall. The fridge was inefficient. The windows didn't lock (on the first floor). The room keys were inactivated after the first day. The front desk was pleasant and the beds were comfortable.

Staff and facility were excellent. If not for the torrential rains and some flooding it would have been a perfect stay. Staff handled everything very well and did their best to accommodate all the guests. Great place to stay.

Had to call front desk for a plunger toilet back up water all over floor had to use all the towels and then get more. Toilet was leaning a little before it was even used. Front desked brought up a plunger but never asked if help was needed or not. When checking out told them why there was so many wet towels plunger was sitting on towels so they should be able to put 2 n 2 together, I was reassure I would not be charged $100 Also the caulk that holds the shower handle in place is black assuming it's mold a good cleaner would do wonders.

It would be nice if my stay here is complimentary. After checking we went to our room and it was filthy. Sheets and towels were dirty. There was mold on the bed and on the pull out bed along with someone's old nail glue. Room also had a cigarette odor which we completely weren't expecting since the room is supposed to be a no smoking room. TV remotes were covered in a slimy substance. Ceiling fan don't work. Asked for a different room but couldn't be accommodated because there weren't any more available rooms. No choice but to stay in the room. This is hands down our worst experience we've had a hotel. On top of all of this during our second night the bottom level of the hotel flooded with about 6 inches of water ruining all of our shoes, technology and luggage.

Horrible experience

We stayed here during a big storm and the whole first floor flooded. At 2:30am we were instructed to go to the 2nd floor because of all the water. However there was no room available up stairs. We were told we were going to have to sleep in the hall way with 2 small children. Our car was also totalled because it was submerged in water in their parking lot. I have called twice about getting a refund since the hotel was unable to provide a room for a night and I was told “I will talk to the manager and call you back” but they we not giving refunds for this because it wasn’t there fault. Well it wasn’t my fault either. I have also not received a call back about this from the manager.

The room had a smell to it, the mattress was so lumpy - it had to be old and it was soiled. The GM actually ran my car for the hold, told me he didn’t when I showed him it was charged and then said oh that will just fall off. I explained it has to be reversed to fall off since he charged it. I’ll have to dispute the charge now.

Disappointing

Outside was filthy and uninviting, no where to sit and enjoy outside. Breakfast was minimal constantly out of coffee. Rooms where not the cleanest, hallways same. No ice or vending on floors only empty space where the should be. Very disappointed because ive stayed and Country Inn's all over including the one cross town and they are usually really nice. Not this one.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were mediocre, not too bad but the carpet in the hallways and stairs were disgustingly dirty. And some areas of the hallway stunk. There were ants and bugs in the room and my sister had a clogged toilet in her room. The breakfast time was only 7-9 so people would come in right before with young children and missing it. We are coming back through this area and hopefully it will be better.
