Not to impressed with hotel. Smelled like marijuana in our room and all the hallways. The breakfast wasnt very good,cereal was stale. Pool was cold and not sure if the chemicals were correct since you couldnt see the bottom it wa so cloudy.

Not what I expected from CI&S.

Room was decent. Was a bit dark and dated. The smoke alarm kept beeping and when I Informed the front desk said there was maintenance person available. I had to climb up and disengage the alarm and take out the battery before it would stop. Our main issue was the bed. It was too soft and and dipped in the middle so we rolled into each other. Didn’t get good sleep. Breakfast was decent. The property needs an update.

We are pleased. Everything went well during our stay. The only problem was that there was a significant lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, especially the floor. I understand that we are living in a world where literally every sector is short staffed so i am not going make a deal about it

We recently stayed at the property. While the exterior presents well, the interior feels quite dated and could benefit from some updates. In our room specifically, we noticed several maintenance issues: peeling paint, a scraped door, and a tub faucet that appeared to be coming loose from the wall. These types of issues can raise concerns about potential water damage or mold. Additionally, the pool water was murky enough that we couldn't see the bottom, despite the pool being only 3'6" deep. This gave us pause about the overall cleanliness and maintenance practices. We hope this feedback is helpful. With some attention to repairs and upkeep, the hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

We checked in and checked out, room was not clean, very musty smelling. A housekeeper just walked in our room after we got there, not sure why, didn’t even knock. Dead bugs on the floor.
