#3rd floor ice machine was out of service for cleaning. It has been marked as such for months. When I asked about this, front desk said it was broken, waiting for parts. Same thing with the jets in the hot tub. Low only, just enough to circulate water-no high jets to ease sore muscles. This property provides housekeeping for guests staying 4 nights or more. As we had spent 2 long days in the sun and would be spending a 3rd day at the Wisconsin State Fair, I requested housekeeping after the 2nd night. We were disappointed but not too surprised when we came back late Friday evening to find our room exactly as we had left it Friday morning.

We have stayed at this location twice now. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the location cant be beat if you are going to the zoo, fair grounds, or anywhere close to 94. There is also two great restaurants attached to the hotel and plenty more very close!
