Check in was easy and room was very clean. The shower however, water would build up in the bottom of tub and drain slowly......couch pull out I would give a -10, mattress was horrible thin and springs were poking almost thru it. Our bed was more of a firm mattress if you like that type, then all good. Would go back but would not get the pull out couch for son to sleep on.

great room great price great area. very quiet

front desk check-in was quick and efficient despite autofill putting the wrong name in for the reservation. very happy with the stay and there was good lighting in the bathroom too. that's something a lot of hotels really fail at because of environmental concerns. we both got food poisoning and overslept. they gave us a late check out. I think I'm going to stay here next time even though we have activities near the airport. we got this room at the last minute after being evicted from the econo Lodge by the airport after calling the police when a guested threatened to kill us. yeah stay here instead of the econo Lodge. my only complaint was the bed was right in line with the sun shining through the window and the curtains couldn't cover it all. had sun in my face early on but I always have a sleep mask anyways. full size refrigerator place settings available as well as two hot plates, many cabinets, hot water lasted forever. what a great place

They say they have a 10 point cleaning check however, there were dead bugs on the window sill, one on the rug and a few in the dresser drawer. The do have a kitchen - however, if you want dishes, you get different packages for a price. Most hotels at least leave a coffee maker in the room, you need to order the kitchen package to get one. They do not empty your trash, you carry it to the trash room. It was very inexpensive so I guess you get what you paid for. The bed and sheets was clean, but pillows were uncomfortable old foam pillows. Will NOT go back ever again.
