Paid extra because advertised "breakfast included" but all it was was coffee (that was out at 6:30am and had to wait 45 min just to get someone to make more), packaged muffins, granola bars, and package oatmeal. The receiver of the phone was sticky and disgusting. Savings grace was the 2 ladies at the front desk who were very nice.

This is the WORST hotel ever made!! The recliner in the room got your feet up but good luck getting it down. Talked to front desk and maintenance man was home with keys. OF COURSE!!!! No ice machine…..what the actual hell!! Dirty nasty place. Had one guest told that because of bugs in there room that they had to move to a different room and NOT TAKE their luggage with them. How is that for comfort???????

Floors were not cleaned when arrived. Laminate flooring was sticky and carpet was not clean. Room had an okay temperature when we arrived, but we slowly figured out the AC was not working at all for our room. We talked to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do a single thing – no fan or no room change, which was understandable since they were booked out but the staff member was not very friendly about any of this. She had also stated they knew of this issue with this room’s unit. Later that night, 2 out of 3 mind you, we could not bear being in 83 degree temperatures in a confined space and asked again for help, which a nicer staff member helped open the window and grabbed towels to block the rain from getting on the window sill and floors. No matter what, this should not have happened to anyone and that room should have been blocked off until the unit was fixed.

The room was great it had plenty of space for what we needed. Although there was no bedding for the pull out couch so we had to make due with what we had. There are not a lot of amenities so bring your own soaps and shampoo. We were only there for one night. I would rent rent again.The price was right.
