Had a great stay in Milwaukee this weekend... The Staff was excellent, everyone was top notch from the Desk Clerks to the Doormen. A special Thank You to JR (Doorman), he was very professional and helpful with every question I "threw" at him during our stay. We parked in their parking structure and Ubered to all of our destinations during our stay. The room was very nice, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was on the ball and supplied us with clean towels and general housekeeping. We will definitely stay there again. We honestly couldn't have had a better stay...

Check in took too long, a maze to get to the hotel from parking. My room was nice, but the bathroom smelled horrible and the water pressure was so bad. The position of the tv made no sense if you wanted to watch from the bed, you had to turn the whole tv (which isnt swivel, could be a possible issue if dropped or falls on a small child).The room needs to be moved around. For a high floor city room, you would think that these rooms and bathrooms would be top, notch, especially paying $200 a night. The vending machine doesn't accept black people's money. Waiting to use the elevator was ridiculous. Besides that, pretty hotel and the bed was comfy. I probably won't stay here again unless the rate goes down. Not worth it.

We got there 2 hours past our check-in time and our room wasn’t ready. Waited over 90 minutes to receive a text that it was ready and finally went back to the front desk to ask. Confirmed they had the correct phone number and for whatever reason never received a text but it was finally ready. Got up to the room and dirty plates outside of our room door with food on it. Was told parking would be comped and it never was; ended up paying $33 for one night of parking. Would not recommend.
