Front desk staff was amazing however the hallway carpet was greasy and smelled like weed, then the room: smelled like a cross of mothballs and smoke, fuzzy dust chunks coming out the AC, toilet was caked with dirt/scum, soda bottle under the cabinet, screw sticking out of the doorknob, sticky floor, mold on window area, etc. I'm not sure this room was ever cleaned. A guest blaring their TV until wee hours of the morning. It was gross and I didn't feel safe.

Room was clean, quiet, and newer mattresses made for great sleep. Just don’t go to lobby microwave without a wet towel to clean it out. Like our last stay here, food, soup, smell goo, and 1/2” deep water slows micro cooking horribly. Bring a towel to clean it out.

The keycard scanner was barely attached, had to tilt it a certain way just for it to read my card and gain access to my room. Drawers under sink and nightstands were missing. The heat did not work and there were dogs barking all night.

I requested a first floor room dilute to my handicap and service dog. I was told there were no rooms available on the first floor, there was no elevator and the stairs were around tge corner down the long hall. Once into my room, the mattress was soiled , dirty and very old with zero support. The hall way carpeting was soiled, stained and unvaccumed for weeks. My toilet was not secured onto its floor flange, the tolet seat was broken. The floors next to my room were sticky from a dropped uncleared sugar brevage. The remote control was not working and watching television was no longer an option. I walked my service dog at 2 am . He accidentally peed on the brick pillar outside the side exit door not the front door. I was looking in front of me as I was patrolling the exterior for parking lot stragglers hanging around, my dog at this time peed . The unprofessional desk attendant named Lee came out yelling at me unprofessionally and unprovoked. I did not say anything and pulled my dog away from the pillar onto the the dirt pad across the front parking lot. On my return I quietly walked back into the lobby and to my room as the Lee started repramenting me again with a unprofessional tone. At this time I did respond to him and told him his character and tone was uncalled for
