Our room had dead bugs laying around as well as a couple live ones… There was also a leftover glass with dried up contents in it from the previous people when we arrived… There was a small dog across the hall from us continually barking. The bathroom was moldy and the shower leaked. You couldn’t open the bathroom door and use the shower or even toilet at the same time the bathroom was so tiny. You might as-well stay at a motel for this type of experience for half the price. Do not recommend.

I booked a king club suite and was immediately disappointed. Water bottle in side of bed, mold in shower, peeling paint on ceiling and my personal wash clothes were taken by housekeeping yet they left the dirty hotel towels

Beautiful room

The customer service at check in was quick, however they did not explain the breakfast or tell us about the dining option. There was nothing in the room, no menu or hotel information. The ice machine was broken and I couldn’t find another one. That’s all kind of minor stuff. The room was beautiful and clean. No issues. Everyone was nice and friendly. I would stay here again, would just ask more information during check in next time.
