Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Facility was clean and very inviting. Unfortunately ice machines are hard to find being on random floors without signs, and half weren’t working. Other than that, everything was great.

Rooms were clean and plenty of space. The hotel in general is very confusing. Finding the front door...they need to add Signage to the front by Hilton. Or change the name to include the Hilton name somehow as it does appear they're affiliated.

Room cleanliness, clearer differentiation between Hilton and the Marc. Luckily it was the Hilton lobby access and doorman that got us to the entrance. The selling of a portion of the Hilton has not improved the experience.

The staff was very friendly, and the location of the hotel was very convenient! Lots of options for food, drinks and entertainment within a 10 minute walk. The cleanliness of the Marc left a lot to be desired, however. The bedding was clean and comfortable, but everything else in the room was covered in grime and dust. Every touch point (faucet handles, light switches, doorknobs) is visibly caked with grime or limescale. You certainly get what you pay for at the Marc. If you're just there to sleep, book a room. If you're big on cleanliness, this place is not for you.

They are obviously still getting their feet settled at the Marc. Half the time there was no one at the check-in desk, and so you were directed to the Hilton desk, where only one computer worked for the Marc. But they have done a great job renovating the wing. Literally no cleaning staff ever showed up during my three-night stay, but I hate it when they clean your room and change your sheets everyday anyway. I don't need fresh pillowcases unless I'm staying at your hotel for more than a week. And I was staying by myself so I had plenty of towels. It's going to be a great addition to the downtown hotel collecive.

This part of the hotel (The Marc) has been slightly modified from the Hilton. It’s still the same wall decor, carpet, and bathrooms. The first room we were in had something in the bathtub so we removed to another room. They kindly upgraded us and gave us free parking, which was a perk. After we got to the second room, we saw the same thing was in the tub again it must be rust? Public parking is convenient and connected to the hotel through a skywalk.

I was pretty disappointed. It was advertised as “newly renovated”, I do not know how that could be. The room was very dusty, carpets were dirty, bathroom extremely basic and did not look to be updated. No streaming available on the TV, not even a channel guide. Very disorganized, staff wasn't trained on the computer system. This caused multiple delays. I will stay at the Hilton next time as the prices were not that different and there is more included with the Hilton!

The Marc did not come across as a full hotel. When we checked in, there was no employee at the desk and we were instead directed to the lobby of the Hilton. I was then directed to another terminal because only one of the computers was set up to handle The Marc. I was not given the room I reserved (2 queens), and in order to change the reservation, an employee had to go all the way back to The Marc’s desk. There was nothing but friction during the check in process. I slept one night and I woke up with my back INCREDIBLY sore. I went to use the shower and the temperature quickly spiked from slightly warm to scalding hot. I was also surprised that “Milwaukee’s newest hotel” has pant chipping on the bathroom door. I was incredibly disappointed that I did not stay in the room that I ordered (2 queens) and was instead given a strictly worse room (2 twins). I, so far, have not been issued any kind of compensation or refund meaning that I have overpaid for a worse room. The hotel only features the worst aspects of being a separate-but-not-really-separate hotel from The Hilton and there was no indication of this whatsoever when booking the reservation
