Just ok

The property was lovely. However I think they are cutting undo corners. The towels are so scratchy it literally hurt my skin. They didn't provide any additional toilet paper, the Kleenex was just for show just a pretty Kleenex flower at the top the box was empty. The shower gel was empty and the shower was not cleaned prior lots of hair in the shower.

The hotel and staff were very nice. I used the restaurant upstairs and they put in an order for me 10 min. Before closing. They even poured me a glass of wine after last call. The food in the restaurant upstairs and breakfast on the main level were very good! Id definitely come again when visiting Milwaukee.

Absolutely amazing

What a gorgeous property in a fabulous location. The room was amazing, as was the lobby and restaurants. Food was great. The included beverage at the bar was an extra nice touch, and everyone we interacted with was over-the-top friendly and considerate. Would definitely stay here again, especially if visiting fiserv.
