The room was clean. The staff were pleasant. Two staff were not that familiar with the free Tram and tried to say we would not be happy with it without stating the reason why other than it's a short ride. The laundry was clean however, two wash cloths is not enough for two people for a week! We had to keep asking for wash cloths. We asked for the room to be refreshed and it was not done until we asked again another day. This room was perfect for one person.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. We love that it is within walking distance to the 3rd Ward and many other local places. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend!
