Great location close to restaurants and steps from the beach!

Easy to find right on the beach! Restaurants and super market within a ten minute walk. 3 double beds and a single would welcome families. Welcoming neighbours!

Agréable Séjour familial

Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location très bien située les pieds dans l’eau à proximité des commerces. Les propriétaires sont charmants, prévenants, à l’écoute et réactifs, le bien être et le confort des vacanciers étant leur priorité. Notre maman qui se déplace en déambulateur à pu garder son autonomie dans ses déplacements et cerise sur le gâteau : faire sa promenade quotidienne sans notre aide. Elle le dit et répète « ce sont mes plus belles vacances « de ces dernières années. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Vorab das Positive: die Lage, oben auf der Düne mit herrlichem Blick und die neue Sitzgarnitur auf der Terrasse. Ansonsten wäre es eine schöne Wohnung, wenn man mit etwas Liebe die Baustellen (z.B. kaputtes Licht in der Dunstabzugshaube, schwergängige Terrassentür,Fenster im Essbereich , das sich nicht öffnen lässt, kaputter PVC (!) auf der einen Terrasse, fehlende Verfugung des Bodens, kaputter Kleiderständer, ein Topf ohne Griffe, leere Batterien in der Fernbedienung, ...) beseitigen würde. Der Parkplatz ist tatsächlich etwas für Off-Road-Fans und das obere Geschoss ist eher etwas für Pygmäen, als für durchschnittlich große Menschen. Zudem ist die Wohnung eine von dreien in einem Reihenhaus, das nochmals von 2 Häusern (jeweils 2 Wohneinheiten) auf dem gleichen Grundstück umgeben ist. Alles in allem haben wir einen zwar schönen, aber zu teuren, Urlaub verbracht, der definitiv ausbaufähig-und das im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes- gewesen wäre.

Excellent séjour

Malgré un temps mitigé nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Mimizan. Excellent accueil des propriétaires (merci pour le petit cadeau d'accueil...). Le logement est très bien situé. Nous avons essuyé une tempête durant une journée et une nuit. Ce fut un peu "sportif" mais on se rend compte de la puissance de la nature. Et ça a beaucoup plu a notre petit fils. Nous reviendrons à n'en pas douter.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Strandlage

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Strandhaus verbracht, nettes check-in von der vor Ort wohnenden Schwester des Besitzers. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, das einzige was mich etwas gestört war das sehr einfach gehaltene aber saubere Badezimmer. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am tollen Strand oder in Mimizan Plage Stadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Lieben Dank nochmal an die Gastgeber für den Wein und den leckeren Stuten. Beste Grüße Familie Zenker

Top-Lage auf der Sanddüne, Wohnung OK

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine absolute Top-Lage direkt am Südstrand von Mimizan. Von Haus und Terrasse aus sieht man Meer, Strand und tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Von der Terrasse aus gelangt man direkt auf die Sanddüne, die sich zum Spielen im Sand oder Sonnenbaden eignet. Man kann aber nicht über die Düne zum Strand gelangen, sondern nur über den öffentlichen Zugang von der Strasse aus. Aufgrund der Flussmündung eignet sich der Strand direkt bei der Wohnung nicht so gut zum Baden, aber ein paar hundert Meter südlich ist es ideal zum Baden und zum Wellenreiten. Hier bildet sich bei Ebbe ein ruhiges Becken aus, in dem auch kleinere Kinder gefahrlos ins Wasser können. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll dekoriert und gut ausgestattet. Es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um einen grossen Raum, der durch einen Zwischenboden und Trennwände in mehrere Zimmer unterteilt ist. Die oberen Zimmer sind aber nach unten hin offen, so dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein und einfach. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen eigenen Auto-Stellplatz. Einiges ist nicht in bestem Zustand, z.B. defekte Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse (werden gemäss Vermieter repariert), klemmende Türen, defekte Rollos... Der Preis rechtfertigt sich durch die Lage. Wir hätten für den Preis einen etwas höheren Standard und besseren Zustand erwartet. Es wird erwartet, dass die Wohnung bei Abreise vollständig geputzt ist, ansonsten werden 100 EUR von der Kaution einbehalten. Gelegentlich kommt es in Mimizan-Plage zu Geruchsbelästigung durch die Papierfabrik in Mimizan (je nach Wetter / Wind). Insgesamt ist die Wohnung OK; die Top-Lage ist das klare Highlight.

extraordinaire emplacement, bel appartement , idéal pour 6 personnes, exterieur super bien aménagé avec salons de jardin et tables a l'abri du vent,nous en avons bien profité!!!! rien a revoir, une super semaine, en famille pour une remise en forme avant l'hivers.
