Large 3 bedroom + loft / 2 bathroom, open concept living space with gas fire place and stunning views. There also is a bunkie with a loft that sleeps an extra 5 people. The bunk has its own coffee bar with mini fridge, water cooler, smart TV with Xbox + games as well as old school arcade. The min floor of the bunkie has a pull out section couch (sleeps 3) and a king size bed in the loft (sleeps 3). A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of prep room, coffee bar and a large dining table. The screened in porch can be used year round as added living space.



A few steps up from the main living area consist 2 bathrooms. First bathroom off the hallway and the other is a semi-private suite from the master bedroom . Master bedroom features a custom built King sized bed as well as a folding crib. Middle bedroom has a loft with a king-sized sleep space, overlooking a double bed. Third bedroom has a single over double bunk with an additional single trundle for extra sleep space.



Step out of the sliding glass doors onto a 60 foot deck for even more entertaining space! Here you will find a Napoleon 7-burner BBQ, 2-level Smokey Mountain Smoker and an 8 seater cast iron dining table. This large level lots allows for plenty of space to run and play with a large wooden play structure guaranteed to keep the kids busy for hours (use at your own risk - we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur). At the waters edge there two large floating docks and a brand new 16`x16` deck with a dining set for 4. The gradual-entry sandy beach for the young kids, deep diving off the dock for everyone else. There is a giant floating lily pad, canoes, paddle boards and kayaks.

Along with the use of the 8-person hot tub, all guests are welcome to use the on-site sauna. The Sauna is a 20-foot wood burning barrel sauna with an attached lounge area. However, the main guest must contact the host to obtain instructions prior to use. After consent of understanding the risks, terms and conditions you will be provided with an access code for entry.
