Rooms and bathrooms clean . Host was informative and helpful. No bar that I saw but I’m not a drinker, so I could it could have been missed. Nice Laundry area. I did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean and well kept. Close to Blue Ridge. Had a nice time.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Poolside Ridge. The space was perfect for our family of 4 (dad, mom, 2 teens). Everyone had their own space to decompress after days of exploring.We also loved the shared spaces. The pool was fantastic - just the right size. The hot tub was super nice in the evenings. We enjoyed the fire pit and s'mores. And we had lots of hang out time in the living room.The kitchen has all of the essentials needed for meal prep, including a massive refrigerator. Our kids were obsessed with the sofas in the living room - all seats had a USB port to charge devices. The bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs. (However, the upstairs bed does squeak a lot due to the design.) A nice perk was the laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. There was also a mini fridge, perfect for the kids to grab waters at night.There is a cute little town that's about a 10 minutes away. It is divided by the Georgia/Tennessee state line. On one side is McCaysville, GA and on the other side is Copperhill, TN. There a quite a few cute shops and restaurants that are worth checking out. Don't miss Copper Mine Candle Company and Wildflower Emporium for shopping. As for restaurants, we loved The Waterfront Bar so much that we went there twice. We also enjoyed getting ice cream at Happy Bear Ice Cream & Treats.We had so much fun and plan to come back!

Lovely Would stay again

Overall the stay way very lovely. The host was attentive and corrected any issues we had. Only feedback would be replace every bedframe in the house the squeaking was horrible and woke all of us up. Master bedroom one was so loud the guest staying in the room below could hear every move. The ones down stairs were just as bad. Purchase cookie trays.

Girl's trip

The property was beautiful, very nice house. We had perfect timing for the fall leaves, so the color around the house was beautiful. The stove needs to be replaced, the beds look great but are very uncomfortable, could use some new bakeware, a can opener and we would have loved to use the heated pool but the heat was not on and ready for us. There are a lot of old floats, probably left by other guests, that just looks like they could be thrown away. Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay.. Great for relaxation

We had a great time hanging out in this house. Everything was as it was described in the listing. Having a hot tub actually big enough for 4 adults is a big plus. I'd definitely recommend it.

Great stay!

Our family stayed for our fall break. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. The location is just a few minutes from Blue Ridge and there are plenty of family friendly things to do. The house had plenty of space and sleeping areas. Would definitely go again!

Great for families with teens or young adults

Overall it was exactly what we needed. Nice layout. Well appointed. Beds were excellent and we all slept like babies. Recliners in living room were perfect for family movie night. Heated pool and hot tub were also great. Foot jets in the hot tub are AHH-mazing! Lounge chairs at pool are top notch and large Weber gas grill was perfect for grilling out for a hungry crew. Whitney and Ryan are also super responsive to any and sll questions/concerns. We would definitely go back. 👍

Child’s birthday weekend

Overall the amenities (heated pool, hot tub, games, etc) sold us to celebrate a 7 year olds birthday weekend with the family. We were greeted with a snack basket, which was SO thoughtful - birthday boy thought it was left just for him! The pool was supposed to be heated with weather 50 degrees and above but it was FREEZING so that was a little disappointing but we just used the hot tub. I think adding a game system somewhere would be really nice. The road noise from the highway was a little louder during the day but not as many cars over night so that was good. My largest complaint is regarding cleanliness - the sheets were super cheap so there were different colored hairs from previous guest all over them and no other linens on the property to change out. We slept on top of the beds with blankets. Then the master tub has jets that had mold all over them. Also, the listed stated it sleeps 6 but it has a trundle bed so could sleep more. Overall great for a quick weekend trip.

Bargain

This is a great deal for the price. Positives: convenience to local spots. Pool was hot in November. Plenty of parking. Lots of finishing touches: hooks for towels by the pool, some toiletries, some cleaning products, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and more. Negatives: the property is right off a fairly busy road so you can hear that traffic at all times. Only seating for 4 at a table which is in the pictures, I just overlooked that. Check out is at 10. I’m sure the hostess would work with you if you need a later check out. We just didn’t notice it until it was unreasonable for us to ask for a late checkout. Suggestions: a cheap leaf blower would’ve come in handy. With all the leaves falling and not being familiar with the driveway, we had some minor difficulty navigating the driveway. Overall: great place to stay!

Cozy Little Getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon; the space is neat (both "cool" and "well-kept"), and we LOVED the location. Easy access to fishing spots, local centers, and tucked away enough to feel secluded. Really appreciated communication with the property manager as well -- couldn't have asked for a more relaxing setting.

Relaxing stay

We all enjoyed the stay and had ample beds and space for the family. The hot tub and pool were great. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. It was a great and much needed break from the farm!

FAMILY OCTOBER BIRTHDAY/CHRISTMAS

Everyone had the best time. Never a dull moment with my family, we enjoyed the house, pool, hot tub, and our own space. The house has much more room than the pictures show. The kitchen accommodations were perfect. All we needed was food and thats all we brought, lots of food, we love to make home cooked meals! The location was so convenient for my family, we are already planning our next visit. Thank you from myself and all my family members for allowing us to stay, it was truely what we all needed. Band mom getaway

Five adults stayed at the property and thought it was perfect! The owner was thoughtful and left coffee, snacks, laundry detergent, extra towels, etc. It was too cool to enjoy the pool, but the hot tub was fabulous and the fire pit provided a fun and relaxing evening. Blue Ridge and the orchards are a very short drive. Overall, we all loved the property and hope that we can stay again next year!

Beautiful family getaway spot

We loved our recent stay! The house is well built - no tiptoeing around. We loved having the pool and hot tub right outside with fenced deck area. The master bath is large and we were happy to find the full laundry and additional "college" fridge downstairs. The house felt very clean and the beds & couches were very comfortable. Fun surprise dart board! Would definitely recommend AND stay here again but helpful tips/feedback for renters: - the kitchen was well stocked and things were in pretty good condition but bring your own can opener b/c the one provided needs to be thrown out. - while we were happy with the size/chairs at the firepit and they nicely provided initial wood, the firepit is FEET from the neighbors front door who has several small children (also the Sheriff's home) so we didn't feel comfortable having a fire at night. If you enjoy a quiet evening out by the fire vs music & laughing with family/friends its perfect for you. This will NOT keep us from coming back. - the house has a beautiful furnished back deck but you are right on Hwy 60 and there is a LOT of road noise. It quiets down by evening but its not a quiet spot for you to have your coffee in the mornings, etc. - The house was larger in person which was great for our family of older children but I wouldn't recommend for SMALL children b/c the kids are a full apartment style level below you. - the gas tank was out on the grill and the new one we bought from Valero for $30 up the road was empty also.
