We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The beds were comfortable and several of us loved the comforters. One of the ladies used the hot tub and really enjoyed it. Said it was relaxing. The house had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a chair in the bedrooms.We loved sitting on the screened in porch. The view of the lake was peaceful. We had a couple of nice sunsets.

The house was spacious and spotless and offered all sorts of entertaining options like the pool table, movie theater, and screened porches. The fire pit and the boat house were great for enjoying the outdoors. Our host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We have already recommended this place to our friends and are planning our return. One of our best VRBO experiences ever.

To start with the positives, the home was very well stocked for a rental (dish soap, tea towels, trash bags, etc.). We were pleasantly surprised with those things. However, there were several major concerns with the largest being mold in two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has clear evidence of mold on the wall behind the toilet and on the ceiling. The shower curtain downstairs and the one in the upstairs hall bathrooms both had mold on them. This was very gross. The carpets had lots of stains on them and the pots and pans were in terrible condition (you didn’t even want to use them because they looked so bad) both of which should not be the case in an 8K rental. If this was a house half the price, I’d expect that quality. Additionally, you cannot swim off of the dock here. The water is only 2-3’ deep and is completely covered with what looks like underwater bushes/trees. We are lake people so the water doesn’t scare us but this dock area was deep in a cove so didn’t have circulation and was covered in algae and had those gross looking plants completely surrounding the dock. Overall, we were disappointed in this property for the price and wouldn’t recommend it.

Wonderful Lake Home

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. I will say that we did have a few issues that arose during our stay, but Daniel and his team were quick to address the issues and try to resolve them. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. We enjoyed every room available. The kids loved playing pool, watching tv/movies in the theater room and playing video games in the game room. The main level of the house is very large and open and can accommodate plenty of people. All the coffee drinkers really appreciated the fully stocked drawer of K-cups! The water was not clear and blue in the cove as we hoped, but we did enjoy the boat we rented and drove out to a bigger area of the (lake) finger to boat and ride jet skis. If you plan to get out to the open lake, just be prepared for a bit of a drive. Also, It’s definitely worth the trip though as the lake is beautiful. The water was warmer than expected but there are cold spots. The boat lift was not available for our use and maybe that will change, but we were able to dock our boat on the side of the dock. The kayaks and paddle boards were a hit with the kids also. I think we might come back and stay here again.

Beautiful house- Not prepared for guests with boats

House was beautiful and whole family enjoyed it. Typical rental when around locals who aren’t renters. Had some issues that weren’t remedied but we had fun while there. Don’t plan on bringing your own boat unless you want to dock 15 minutes away. They have their own launch in the neighborhood but are not prepared for giving access to this.

Lake Anna Guys Trip

Great location, convenient from highway. House is great, screened porch is the gem. Watched a lovely thunderstorm over the lake from there. Daniel is a great host, no questions unanswered or really much to ask with the detailed info you get. We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend booking through Daniel and his team. They were incredibly helpful when an unforseen issue threatened to derail our stay. Lakefront Luxury will be our go-to for Lake Anna rentals going forward.

Wonderful family get away home

We went for a Christmas family get together and we had a wonderful time. The adults enjoyed the kitchen area and firepit and screened in porch. Also having movie time at night in the theatre room. Then the beds were like sleeping on a cloud! We all slept wonderfully! I did a lot of baking there. It was lacking some dishes. Did not have a big shrimp pot or a lot of casserole dishes. I bought foil pans at the food Lion We had a Santa party and the kids loved the theatre room and the pool table and games. We did have a plumbing issue with the toilet in the basement but Daniel our host took care of us right away and it was fixed within the day! Daniel was an excellent host and the house was very clean and the beds made! There was plenty of towels and those were really nice. It was a wonderful time for us! I would recommend this home to anyone! We did not use the dock or anything at the lake but it was a beautiful view!

Exceptional Get Away

The home and property are 5 star all the way! The views from every level are exceptional. The home is amazing. The accordion doors in the living room open up to the upper screened porch giving you the most incredible view. The lower level of the home with the game room, theatre room and bunk room were perfect for my daugther and her friends to enjoy. We will absolutely be back. I highly recommend this property.

Lakefront Luxury: A Perfect Weekend Getaway with Stunning Views and Endless Fun!

We had an amazing long weekend at this stunning Lake Anna rental! The house was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the lake from almost every room. We especially loved the two levels of expansive balconies—one screened in to keep the bugs away, and the lower level with a hot tub that was perfect for relaxing. The dining areas were fantastic—there was a large, comfortable dining space inside, and an additional screened-in dining area on the upper balcony that made meals even more enjoyable. The downstairs area was an entertainment paradise! Our teenagers loved the movie theater, two game rooms, and a cozy bunk bed room. It was perfect for everyone to unwind. We spent hours sitting on the balcony and enjoyed evenings by the fire pit, making s’mores under the stars. The house was incredibly spacious for our group of seven, and we took full advantage of the private pier, kayaking, paddle boarding, and using the inflatables in the lake. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake each morning was magical, leaving us feeling totally relaxed and at peace. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, adding to the overall tranquility of our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were modern and luxurious, and the chef’s kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals and drinks. The host was fantastic and communicated with us throughout the stay, making sure everything went smoothly. Wonderful stay!
