The house is perfectly clean. A beautiful design and furnished nicely. TVs worked great. Everything is there that you would need from shampoo to hand soap to tissues they didn’t forget anything. Homeowner was extremely polite and responsive. Nothing negative I could say at all.

Perfect week

Our family of 9 had a great week in this lovely home. Neighborhood was quiet and great for taking morning walks. We especially enjoyed the canoe, paddle boat, and kayaks. There was definitely enough room to accommodate all of us and each of the 5 bedrooms had its own bathroom which was definitely a plus. We also liked the Kitchen which was well stocked. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

This lakefront house is a gem! Spacious rooms, stunning views, and plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. We had a few minor issues during our stay, Nick and his team responded quickly and resolved everything promptly. Highly recommend this beautiful, roomy retreat for a perfect lakeside getaway!

Peaceful Lake getaway

My family needed a quick uncomplicated getaway to just chill and spend time together. We are from MD so it was a short drive for all of us. Our group was grandparents, adults and one 2.5yo. This property accommodated everyone. Even my dad who can’t walk long distances was comfortably able to stay in one of the basement level bedrooms which didn’t even feel like a basement since it is walkout level with so much amazing light and a lake view. the kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook every night. The fire pit was perfect for s’mores and wood was provided. We utilized the paddle boat, SUP, canoe and kayaks with ease. The air hockey and foosball tables were an added bonus! The laundry was more than adequate. Parking was easy. The nearby playground was a quick walk and helped tire out our toddler daily! We took a 1 hr day trip to Richmond and another day trip to Charlottesville Both were easy to navigate and a fun excursion. Our host Nick was very communicative, gave great regional info and answered questions super fast. We would definitely stay here again.

Extended Labor Day Weekend

Nick was a gracious host and an excellent communicator! This property met all our needs with adult children and grandchildren - everyone had their own space and plenty of things to do. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to stop at the small dock to pick up and discharge passengers. When we weren't boating, we could relax on the deck or beach or fish off the dock. Nick's place was equipped with all the supplies and appliances you need to have a relaxing and amazing visit to Lake Anna. We would definitely return!

Family Reunion

Appreciated the 3-level house layout which allowed each of the three families to have their own space, but also provided generous space in the common areas for family interaction. The wide variety of boats available on the premises gave both kids and adults fun experiences on the water. The down stairs air hockey and table games closet kept the kids happily busy while inside. Activities outside the house took us for a round of mini-golf, participation at the Mineral, VA Farmer's Market on Saturday, and to test out the Coyote Hole Cider Works and Craft Beer for a pizza lunch one day.

Great Property, Great Stay

We stayed for an extended weekend. The location was great—right on the water with room to use the paddle boards and kayaks in the cove without getting into the busy part of the lake. The kids and adults all enjoyed it. The air hockey table was a hit with the kids, too. The host’s communication was excellent, proactively providing all the information we needed for a great stay. Highly recommended!

Family vacation

Great property. This was our second stay. Owner is fantastic to work with. Great communication. Perfect set up for a family with young children and adults. The only time we left was to run to food lion (10 minutes away) to restock groceries. Will stay here again.

Quiet cove

Designed perfect for renting. We had 7 adults 5 children of ages 2-10. The layout of the home was perfect for us. Each family had the ability to spread out and have “space”. The basement is alone is perfectly designed as a seperate livable space. Property is quietly situated between two wood lines making for a private feel. Owner, Nick, wonderful to work with and responsive along the way!

Wonderful house and location!

We loved this house and the owners were super nice trying to accommodate our needs. It was raining but it was only a detail. The house is really complete and they have several games. We have had a great time there. I hope we can find a spot to come back in the summer.

Great view and fun fishing........

My husband and I really enjoyed the views and amenities given by this property. It was a good place with shallow water for kids to fish safely. The Air Hockey table was a winner for all ages. Nick, the host was always cheerful and helpful. I really do recommend spending a few days here to relax with friends and family.

Did not disappoint! So nice to have bathrooms for every room. The open floor plan did not disappoint and the kitchen was a dream for anyone who loves to cook. The screened in porch was a plus! Nick was so nice and very attentive! Will definitely rent again!
