Tina (front desk) and Werner (breakfast staff) were excellent representations of what AMAZING customer service looks like! They made us feel very welcome and would be the reason we would return to this location! Both definitely deserve a raise for the hard work and consistent excellent service inspite of how busy it was this weekend!

Some good, some bad, some gross, some not so bad.

Entryway was beautiful, clean, spacious and informational. Receptionist was very friendly and handled phone calls and lines of people very eloquently. Room...uffdff...The sink was clogged. I text the number saying if I need anything, I did, they said they would send maitenence. They never came. Grimey shower walls, corner of carpet coming up, moist floors. We had a poolside room. Temp was hard to control. Stains on the lamp shade. Stains on walls. Ceiling bubbling all over as well as the walls. Pool area which included the breakfast area was very nice. Dirty and a little run down but only if you looked to long. Pool was big! Kids loved it! Large hot tub, but old and run down, maybe some fresh paint would help. The small hot tub wasn't operational during our time. My children enjoyed the food choices and myself and bf enjoyed the coffee at the breakfast bar. Lots of seating. A fun place to hang out for groups such as ours. Cookies and lemonade a far cry from appetizing. Attached restaurant and bar down the hall. Delish food! Awesome server and great food and drink specials. Overall, I would stay again for the fun, chill, atmosphere.

Worst place ever

This place was so terrible I left and drove home. I never even stayed the night. The people living there were gross. The room was trashy. I felt unsafe.

If you offer a pool have towels for guests

One night stay with my grand daughter. The accommodations were ok. The service was less than ok. Asked for Chinese restaurant recommendations and the reasons was that none of them were worthy. No other recommendations were provided. Then later, asked for towels for the swimming pool. They said they would be out in 15 minutes. We were in there for 1.5 hours, still no towels. We had to go to the room wet and cold. Then we get to the room and we only had 3 towels, not enough to dry off and take showers later so we had to take our showers right away. We both got sore throats the next day.

Great Hotel

Hotel was great for our family. Clean. Friendly. Beautiful pool. The pool was on the chillier side though. The attached restaurant was super convenient, really good food and really good service. The continental breakfast at the hotel was good. We wish they offered the biscuits and gravy every day though, not just on Sundays. The gentleman who works the continental breakfast is very friendly and welcoming and does an amazing job.
