A peaceful, bright one-bedroom, above-the-garage suite in New Hope, MN. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this cozy space offers the convenience of a kitchenette, relaxing living area, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and designated office desk. Step outside and relax on the spacious upper deck.

Local parks and eateries. Our home is a two-story with the apt above the garage. You can park in the right side of driveway. There is no on-street parking from 2-6am.

Accessibility Note: There is a full flight of outdoor stairs up to the apartment. Keyless Entry: Enter using your unique code on the keypad. Convenient West Metro location near downtown Minneapolis (Target Center, Twins Stadium, US Bank Stadium). Easy access to the highway system.

Looking for a clean, quiet retreat with access to the heart of the city? Then this is the place! The apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with walking access to parks. For the adventurers, you can get to many major highways within minutes. Despite an exceptionally warm week, the home owners kept the apartment at a cool temp and were sure to communicate with me so that I was comfortable. This place had all of the basic kitchen and bedding needs for a weeklong work-from-home stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
