Wonderful with exception of 2 issues

Pull out couch bed is very uncomfortable, truly not sleepable with coils being felt immediately. Front desk did provide additional comforters to try to provide additional cushion but truly the mattress needs to be thrown. Shower curtain had mildew. Other than these 2 things, the stay and hotel was great. We were traveling with items needing to be frozen and they even accommodated us! Nice variety of breakfast food, older hotel but well maintained/updated so doesn’t give the feel of an old hotel at all.

I liked the breakfast, weight room, pool, and the kind friendly staff. I didn't like the cracked screen tv in the sitting area, or that my room was only cleaned one time during my stay. I requested room cleaning for everyday. The sink in the sitting room drained really slow so I didn't use it for fear it wouldn't empty at all. I was told maintenance would come to take care of the issues no one ever came. The Embassy is my favorite hotel, but this time the ball was dropped.

We ate the restaurant in the hotel, niece got food poisoning. When notified front desk and restaurant, was told food prepped 4-5 days in advance. They lied in regards to contacting Dept of Health on Saturday night at 6pm. Gave every excuse in the book but denied. I would never stay at this hotel nor eat in the restaurant.
