The property wasn’t bad overall, but it was hard to find things — bath towels were in the closet; they have a small market to purchase items like small pizza and frozen burritos, but no utensils. I was going to ask the staff, but the check in line was so deep, we decided to just let the pizza get warm (not ideal) as I we could eat with our hands. Also the bed squeaked every time we moved. I felt I was back at my grandma’s house on real spring’s!!!

It was a fine hotel. Classy and elegant. Pool and hot tub extremely chlorinated. Temperature set to 71 in rooms wasn’t too desirable. Safe during tornado warning and front desk responsive!

Happy with our pre-flight stay

It was good value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, happy hour was okay, the restaurant was pricey, but the food was excellent. There was also a shuttle that took you to the Mall Of America and the airport.

Highly disappointed with this hotel. We got the two Queen bed suite and it was not as nice as in the pictures. There were no full length mirrors in the room so I couldn’t check my outfit, the lighting was so bad I felt like I was in a basement, the bathroom didn’t have a fan so it smelled and the steam from shower would fog up the mirrors, they were extremely greedy with towels and gave us only two towels even though it was a suite that could hold 6 people comfortably, and we tried to use the pull-out couch but there were no blankets and the sheets looked like they were never changed out. The decor was OLD. I’ve been to the Holiday Inn in Minneapolis and should have just returned there because it was a million times nicer and a whole lot cheaper. So many issues with the handicap door openers. Sometimes they’d fly open and slam into the brick wall and sometimes it wouldn’t open at all. As for the free “made-to-order breakfast”, they give you a one time use voucher breakfast pass that you’re supposed to bring to breakfast but literally nobody checks these passes. The breakfast food SUCKED! Worst than hospital food. They were also very greedy with their drinks! The cups could only hold about 6-8 oz of your drink so I constantly had to get up and refill my cup. Just bring your own water bottle and fill up your bottle with their drinks. All-in-all wouldn’t recommend this place.
