The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, customer service was 5 stars. Shuttle service was excellent, driver was friendly and informative for us first timers to the area. There’s a restaurant within walking distance with great pub food and an excellent beer selection. I would definitely stay here again!

Most staff rarely made eye contact or voluntarily offered assistance. Based on the pervasive attitude is seems to be a case of poor leadership and prioritization of management to motivate employees to service and teamwork.

This was probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed over many years of visiting family in Minneapolis/ St. Paul. What was really refreshing was the friendly and accommodating staff making sure throughout our stay that all was well. We’ll definitely be back!
