This concern thieives. Only person was allowed in my room is the cleaning person, someone else beside my companion. Some of my items was stolen. I report it to the front desk. I received no comments from them as i exit out. Pair of blue jean pant and Nike socks. God bless ya'll.

First off, the staff was friendly and efficient. Though I prepaid, there was a mandatory $100 deposit. Ok. But then the room itself was in poor condition, with holes in the carpet, scraped paint in tub, rusty fixtures, no place to hang coats. Shabby, but not dirty. You get what you pay for. Interactions with apparent addicts in parking lot and dining area. Not a place to which we will return.

Only one bath towel and no bathmat were provided with the room. Another day, I had to ask for additional towels and they were provided upon request at evening. Hair shampoo was not good made my hair dry and frizzy. Room service was provided. I stayed two days, room service person came on request on checkout day. Trash was not removed. The room contained no carpet and floors that were both cold and not very clean. I did not feel comfortable in this room. Door does not lock properly, felt unsafe. Fridge, lamp and switched was not working, they repaired upon request. No amenties was available, eg. hair dryer, hanger, iron, couch. It just was not nice and the breakfast was extremely disappointing. I didn’t even eat it. Not worth.

There are standing pools of water. There is mold in the room and the guy was in absolute route to Us. Prior to leaving after we made a complaint to Expedia terrible experience from start to finish guy. Does not want to refund us money? If something doesn't happen soon. A lawsuit will be handled for everyone health. Hazard, we are sick today. Things are not good. That stay was absolutely unbearable, and unhealthy. For anyone I do not wish this upon my worst nightmare get in contact with us. Immediately, and get this resolved like a business. Should you guys are laying back in the weeds and now we are homesick from work because of this. We tried to go out and have fun and have a good night's day and it turned into an absolute nightmare from hell. No pardon my french 6124080390 samantha kachina..
