My main concern was the incompetence of the staff…I had a note on my door, Do not Disturb, as I had had little sleep upon arriving…at 10:15 a cleaning woman banged on my door wanting to clean…and then the clerk at the front desk inquired upon my arrival if I wanted to take the Shuttle Service to the airport the next morning…I said I would call him with my exact time when I got to my room…I called him shortly after…he told me to arrive 10 minutes before the shuttle left…I was there a half an hour early…time can for departure but no shuttle…I inquired and the same clerk said there was no reservation…a half an hour letter a shuttle arrived to pick me up…I just made my flight…have stayed at this hotel 20 times over the years and this was the worst…

Dear LaQuinta Hotel & Suites Management, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my current stay at your hotel due to a severe roach infestation in my room. This experience was not only disturbing but completely unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. At approximately 11:30 PM, I woke up to prepare a bottle for my six-month-old baby. Upon turning on the light, I was horrified to see a medium-sized roach running across the bed where we were sleeping. In a panic, I called for my other son, who lifted the bed and recorded a video of an even larger brown roach. I immediately contacted the front desk to request assistance, expecting prompt attention to such a serious issue. To my disappointment, I was informed that no management or maintenance personnel were available at that hour. Instead, I was simply advised to come to the front desk to retrieve new room keys and to contact management in the morning. Reluctantly, I collected the new keys and had to move all of my belongings, including my infant and essential baby items, to another room in the middle of the night. As I was relocating my things, I moved my items from the nightstand and placed them on the dresser, thinking it would be a safer location. However, to my utter shock and frustration, I turned around only to find another large brown roach scurrying across the dresser. This level of infestation is completely unacceptable and poses serious health concerns, especially for my infant son

The suite we stayed in was a separate living room, with a door between the living room and bedroom which could be shut. It also had two bathrooms (one ADA and one standard) I had both knees replaced in June and September, 2024. I am still apprehensive taking a shower without grab bars. The ADA bathroom accommodations included a standard shower head, an adjustable/handheld shower head, and a large shower chair. There were lots of grab bars to choose from.
